Snow white regions of the skies
are untouched by human feelings and emotions.
These lower lives freeze and fall onto the ground.

travel high into the region of stillness and

permeating everything around.

It’s a better option.

There is always a better choice

at this moment now.

I was horrified by the smart media campaign aiming at millions of women: cut the healthy breasts to minimize a risk of cancer, it’s such a heroic thing to do.

Unless there is something more to a story that the public does not know – like the disease has already manifested in Angelina’s body, her decision to remove a healthy body part looks bizarre.

I sense something sinister in this situation.

I sense mass hysteria and the rise of the fear of cancer.

I already see thousands of women going for the genetic test and hundreds are opting for the operation – inspired by Angelina Jolie, the international symbol of a superwoman.

I can hear cash registers of the clinics and pharmaceutical companies ringing.

The Angelina’s article is calling out to people: “Follow me! It’s a courageous thing to do!”

Of course it’s her personal choice and we will never know all the factors that went into making this choice, but wasn’t she already known for her tendencies to self-mutilation?

There are so many questions rising in relation to this event.

What is the basis for calculation of a cancer risk before and after the ‘preventive’ surgery?

Who on earth can calculate the chances of the disease developing in the body?

It is a known fact that cancer is a systemic disease. Cutting out breasts or ovaries or testicles or any other body part does not prevent it – cancer cells will find their way to grow and to spread, provided the body immunity is weak.

Metaphysically speaking, all diseases, including accidents, are 99.99% psychosomatic or have karmic origin that means that the real cause of the disease does not lie in the physical body.

Why the concept of holistic nature of health is continued to be blatantly disregarded by the modern medical industry?

Is it true that a body with the healthy breasts removed, the breast tissue reconstructed and implants inserted is healthier than a body with natural breasts?

Is such an operation not distressing for the body?

Is such an operation not psychologically traumatic – if not consciously then on a very deep subconscious level?

Was Angelina really duped by her doctors into believing that she needed a mastectomy or there is a bigger design?

Who is behind this? Is Angelina Jolie a conscious player in this conspiracy?

I hope this event will have an opposite effect on people: instead of creating mass panic and hysteria and desire to get tested for the faulty gene, it will trigger an awakening of the consciousness, an interest in the holistic ways of living and the desire to take your own power back – from the medical industry, from profit-greedy corporations, from technocratic social orders.

Hei, that’s me in the water

Many years ago, when I was about 18-19 I joined a diving club. We would put on scuba gears and descend in the opaque gloomy water of the lakes in the Leningrad region.

We swam in the dark waters beating up the mud from the bottom of the lake. It was interesting yet cold and scary… Long forgotten memories…

Some 20 plus years later I was vacating in Thailand with my family and we took and excursion to Phi Phi Island. The brochure advertised ‘snorkeling’ to which I did not pay much attention because I was not familiar with this word.

After an hour ride our motor boat stopped in the middle of the blue lagoon and the guide said: ‘Quickly put on your life jackets, masks and fins and start diving.’

The international public slowly started to undress and to put on diving gear. Awkwardly they jumped into the water.

When I realized what I am about to experience my heart started pumping with joy – I was about to dive into a tropical sea! I never dreamt of it because so many years ago it simply was not possible for an ordinary citizen of the communist Russia.

I was in such anticipation that I left my family behind, put on the mask and fins and dived into the sea without the life jacket. I did not want to float on the surface of the water like a lifebuoy.

I started diving – carefully at first and then deeper and deeper, reaching to the very bottom of the lagoon. My body was quickly recalling the long forgotten skills.

This is how the speed boat looked from below.

The tropical underwater world which opened in front of my eyes was magical – the warm transparent blue waters, the multicolor fish, corrals.

I literary had an age regression, swimming like a teen, totally excited, marveling at the new world that opened in front of my eyes.

That was a surprise, as unexpected joy.

“I moved out of Delhi where for several years I could not hold a stable job. I lost my job again. I went through interviews but nothing positive. Above all each interview and selection process is really bad at times, people simply humiliate for no reason. Is it a good option to look for a job out of India?”

The first step towards any change is to take the responsibility for everything that is happening in your life. It’s not the industry, people, Delhi, your new city or India that is unlucky or hostile towards you, there may be something in your behaviour or words or thoughts that is causing people to react in that way.

Everything around you is a reflection of your inner state.

You have to analyze what is happening or ask your friends what is it that pushes people off from you and then analyze and take corrective measures.

I do not see any other way to initiate positive changes in your life. This is how Life teaches everyone, not only you. Taking responsibility, analyzing and correcting our own behaviours is the only way to change our life.

I asked my energy mind to take me to a perfect place in time and space where I can help a stuck soul to go to light and instantly it took me to a cathedral square in a European city. On the payment next to the heavy entrance doors where was a ‘dead’ man. He was a beggar who was sitting there for ages. His body was as worn out as his clothes. He had nothing about him but misery and no hope for change.

He said he did not want to go to the Light because he was a deadly sinner in his past life and thus deserved the punishment of being nothing, of being at the very bottom of the society, the despised one, the miserable one, the one that people consider to be better dead then alive.

On observing him I found some dark attachments. They were waiting for him to move away from the cathedral so they can take possession of his soul forever… but the man would not budge from that spot.

With the help of the mighty rescue beings of Light we released the dark attachments. When it was over, the soul of the man rose up like a helium filled balloon to the Light. Soon he was gone.

We have cleansed the cathedral too as a service to the humanity and allowed its field to be filled with wonderful energies that unfolded like a beautiful multi-petal rose.

On finishing this job my consciousness rose above the city like a mystical flying creature and made few circles over it spreading more light and blessed energies and then it was gone to the ultra heights, close to the Creator, gliding there, absorbing His sacred Power and Love.

A psychic attack can be intentional or unintentional. The latter is most common.

An example of unintentional psychic attack is evil eye (buri nazar). A person who is under the influence of his own negative thoughts and emotions (anger, hatred, jealousy, lust, etc.) may unintentionally send a negative thought (clothed by strong emotions) to another person, that penetrates and damages the aura or the energy body of the recipient and creates an energy leak and the point of entry for additional negative energies and other subtle phenomena.

Some of the signs of an unintentional psychic attack are:

• Sudden mood change.
• Sudden severe drainage of energy.
• Irritability.
• Things go wrong.

The intentional psychic attack is, by definition, is done intentionally by the person who knows how to do it. It’s a form of black magic.

Its strength varies depending upon the mental powers of the person and the intensity of his emotions.

A professional black magic is a more serious ‘business’. It is done by a black magician ‘on order’ or otherwise, by using varied ‘technologies’.

For the negative psychic energies to penetrate and lodge themselves in the subtle body of person, he has to be susceptible to them – either karmically or through the defects in his character or by harboring negative thoughts and emotions.

Removal of the consequences of a psychic attack

It’s relatively easy to remove an ‘evil eye’.

A session of energy healing will do good by way of clearing and repairing the aura. Salt water baths will also be helpful.

In fact, the energy body will repair itself in a matter of few day. A healthy lifestyle during this period is advisable. This includes:

• a balanced diet;
• plenty of physical exercises;
• breathing exercises;
• a good (‘enlightened’) company;
• spending time in nature (but not alone, if the attack is severe);
• involving yourself in any work that brings you joy;
• and generally surrounding yourself with everything that is harmonious, beautiful, peaceful and wholesome, and avoiding the opposites.

An intentional psychic attack has more serious consequences.

Some signs of an intentional psychic attack and black magic attack are:

• Unusual sleep disturbances.
• Regular nightmares.
• Pronounced feeling of unwellness when physically nothing is wrong with the body.
• Drainage of energy, severe fatigue.
• Inability to concentrate.
• Sudden onset of depression.
• Feeling that you have been cut off from the “Source”
• Uncharacteristic thoughts (“Life is not worth living”, “I want to die”, etc.)
• Feeling being manipulated by some other consciousness.
• Many things go wrong at the same time.
• Sudden financial and other material losses.
• A wasting disease.
• Hearing unpleasant voices, having scary visions, smelling foul smells.

Removal of the consequences on intentional black magic should be done by a professional. First, the fact of a psychic attack has to be confirmed through taking the client’s history and psychic analysis.

On the etheric level black magic energies are felt as something extremely unpleasant, nausea-inducing.

The methods of removal of the consequences of a psychic attack will depend upon the type of psychic attack.

It such cases a ‘do-it-yourself’ approach may be dangerous for the person as well as for his near and dear ones.

What you as a victim of intentional psychic attack can do is to:

• follow a healthy lifestyle as described above;
• reflect and understand the lesson to be learned in this particular situation;
• forgive and release ALL the ‘enemies’ from your life;
• consciously release any other destructive, negative thoughts and emotions; work on your character;
• pray regularly and invoke to the Almighty for divine forgiveness, love, mercy, healing and divine protection.
• regularly (twice a day, daily) imagine or visualize brilliant white light filling your body and the bodies of your family members, friends and colleagues, your houses, places of work and recreation and all objects in them and miles around them. Imagine this brilliant white light creates a powerful field of Divine force that is cleansing, healing, and protecting everything within it.

Lastly, in any form of a psychic attack avoid any fear, anger or a desire to revenge. These emotions are not only unproductive but they are outright dangerous for they make you more receptive to the attack. Stay calm and grounded, forgive and release the perpetrator unto God (it is necessary if you want to be healed) and wait for this phase to pass. During this period keep a low profile and do not start any major undertakings.

In the history of the humankind there are stories that strengthen the old “evil wish warning” idea that wishing is wrong, evil or brings a curse. One such story is about King Midas who wished a gift from the God Dionysus that whatever he touched should turns into gold. That proved disastrous.

To explore the truth behind the ancient story of Kind Midas I had to meet the original characters.

In my Sanctuary I invited Dionysus to ask him about the story, and this is what he said:

(Y): Is the story true?

(D): Yes, this story took place many ages back however it happened slightly differently.

You see, despite being a “God” I am not allowed to interfere with the laws of the physical plane so I could not grant the wish King asked for in its exact form yet I could not refuse it.

I granted him his wish on the astral plane. In this way I honored my word while allowing him to learn a lesson about making wishes.

On the astral level I recreated his palace and everything in it exactly as it was on the physical plane. Then I granted him the power to turn everything he touches into gold so he can put it to the test.

Very soon he realized that he did not use his wisdom while asking for this gift.

Moreover, he realized that living forms are more precious than gold – a flower or life-giving water cannot be created by an artisan or a scientist; and no gold in the world is worth the life of his child.

When he understood the thoughtlessness behind his wish, he took his words back.

After this experience he became much wiser.

(Y): This story seems to carry a message that asking God to fulfill your wishes and desires brings about dangerous consequences.

(D): You now know what really happened. King had his wish fulfilled and at the same time he learnt a valuable lesson and gained wisdom – all in the safe environment of the astral plane.

If fact, if you ask him about this story, he would tell you that this was a dream he saw one night and this dream has cured him forever of his obsessive love for gold.

The faculty of desiring and wishing in humans is God-given, however, since it is a very powerful force – because it is directly related to the force that unfolds the Creation, there are safety mechanisms in-built on every level.

The long delay between a human thought and its manifestation on the physical plane is one such safety mechanism and it is designed to protect human beings with primitive minds from destroying themselves, other people and the environment.

When the mind and emotions become more refined and under the control of the soul, the thought is able to reach higher and higher planes where its manifestation is fast or instantaneous.

Thus wanting something and receiving it – is a learning process for human beings and it is made safe by adjusting the power to manifest things according to the level of consciousness.

Just imagine, if people had no desires, there would be no expansion of their understanding of the world, no learning, no growth, and no evolution.

So, by all means when you read such stories, look into their root, or, if it is abstruse for you, ask the concerned beings for clarification.

A Healing Failure

When a healer stressed, they cannot heal. They may be overwhelmed by emotions, especially if their near and dear ones are involved, or by the gravity of the situation, or by the responsibility of producing immediate results, or by numerous requests for urgent help combined with the lack of time.

Stress causes a healing failure – a healer is unable to heal. A sort of mental and energy paralysis sets in, and the greater is the pressure, the more severe is the shut down of all healing channels.

In this stressed state turn to your Inner Sanctuary* for help. No matter how stressed you are on a conscious level, your energy mind is always ready to come to your rescue, to offer you new ideas. There is always a place of serenity and quietude reserved for you in your Sanctuary. There is always a path to your Ultra Height and invisible helpers ready to take you there.

Modern martial arts are a sport now and hence very few females look at it as a fitness option. It’s not a girl kind of thing to kick, punch, lock, throw, and wrestle. Being a ‘weaker gender’, she is entitled to protection. So self-defence and defence is for you, guys…

I have been practicing martial arts as a sport with the knowledge that they have a ‘bonus’ of being useful for self-defense – if the need arises. But this is because I love martial arts. I do not say girls cannot do it. My point is that sparring and combat is unnatural for girls and there never will be a 50-50% male-female ratio in martial art/self-defence schools.

Moreover, short-term/introductory self-defence training may even be dangerous for girls because it gives them nothing at all apart from some false confidence of using techniques that would not work in a real life situation and potentially endangering their lives.
