“My life is in total mess, everything is so wrong, I do not know where to start…”
The first step is to take the responsibility for the mess in your life. That means that you accept that it’s not your boss, your flat-mate, your girlfriend/boyfriend/partner, your parents… it is you who is the cause…
When you decide to take the responsibility for your life, then only you can start rebuilding it from a place of truth.
Have you ever been involved in a lie? If yes, then you must be knowing how destructive lies are on the psyche of a human being and what chaos they bring into the life.
When you blame others for the messy situation, you are in a state of untruth. The problem with unthruth is that you cannot do anything with it, you cannot change it for the better, you cannot evolve it in order to resolve the situation. And finally life always brings it’s own ‘technical correction’ to the situation, which may be harsh.
Start with the truth: “The cause of the mess is me”.
Then chose one area of your life which is most important and urgent and start cleaning it up, patiently.
Ask yourself what does cleaning up this area mean to me? Create an objective and then create a plan of action.
Think of at least 3 immediate steps that you can take in the new, positive direction. Put them down on paper. Define the time period.
If you do not know what steps you should be taking, ask your ‘energy mind’ and write down all the options that pop into your head. Then chose 3-5 best options.
Ask yourself what thoughts, emotions, words and actions you should avoid to make your behaviour more wholesome.
Start working on your plan. When one of these steps is completed, create the next step, expand further in this manner.
The moment you take a course in the positive direction of shaping a ‘better you’, Life will come to your help – it will open for you new horizons and bring new opportunities.
