Releasing your ex…

November 22nd, 2011 by Yulia Pal

“I am scared of my ex-boyfriend. I see his name and start shivering. I don’t know how to come out of it.”

Just make a conscious decision to release him. Call him into your Sanctuary, say ‘good bye’ to him and release him onto God. Avoid any further contact or connection with him.

Making a conscious decision to move on initiates new positive changes in your environment – the Universe comes to your help.

Whatever happens…

November 18th, 2011 by Yulia Pal

Whatever happens to you is perfectly the right thing to have happened

Sometimes life forces us to go through a destructive process in order to bring out new which is for the better for all concerned. Life is never straight. They say our higher soul does not care whether we are comfortable, it only cares that we evolve.

Yet at every juncture there is help for us in the form of a friend or a wise person.

I feel that nothing in coincidental, however the person has multiple choices at every moment of his life so that he can learn through trial and error “who I am”.

Whatever you do with your life is your own choice. If you do not like your choice, you still can make a better choice, that’s how people learn and evolve. The process is slow… I believe for many incarnations people learn through making choices and experiencing the consequences. Later on, with more wisdom, we start learning through observation…

The TV induction for children

October 17th, 2011 by Yulia Pal

In the pre-talk introduce the child to the concept of his own ‘Body Mind’ – the (subconscious) mind that controls all the body functions, knows much more about him as a person, can think clearly and speak easily.

You can start the session by practicing with the child any fun convincer technique to introduce him to hypnosis and make him feel safe and comfortable.

Establish finger signalling.

Induce hypnosis by having the child imagine a big TV screen in front of him of bright blue color. Tell him that at the count of three the picture will come into motion and he will see different colours and images that are constantly changing.

Tell him that you want him to open and close his eyes every time the colour or image on the screen changes. Eventually let his Body Mind come on the screen and when this happens, let his right index finger float up.

Ask the child what his Body Mind looks like.

Ask him if it is OK to talk directly to his Body Mind. Take off from here to uncover the cause of the condition.

The zen of technology

October 7th, 2011 by Yulia Pal

Steve Jobs who gave the world Macs, iPhones, iPods, iPads passed away… I confess his name did not mean anything to me till recently… and now I feel a sense of loss.

I was a PC user for many years till I bought an iPOD for my daughter and an MP4 player for myself, approximately for the same price. And then I saw the DIFFERENCE between the devices… I say, Apple products are worth every penny.

And later, when I bought an iMac, I joined the cult of Apple – totally and irrevocably…till the time their product magic lasts (minus Steve Jobs).

For me Apple is very zen – the unbelievable technology, ease of use, beauty and Ma, the quality of formless… The rest is just imitation, that essence is missing.

It’s difficult to express in words what makes Apple technology to stand way above anything else. I would say, they are the enlightenment among other computers. This is the brilliance of Steve Jobs.

What is Healing?

Healing is an ancient art that has been practiced in all world cultures from time immemorial. There is no monopoly over energy healing. It is known under different names but its essence is the same because all these systems are based on the Laws of Nature.

There are several distinctive types of energy healing:

  1. Touch healing (laying of hands)
  2. Non-touch healing (working directly on the etheric body)
  3. Non-touch healing – remote
  4. Mental healing (telepathic healing)
  5. Shamanic healing (invoking the healing help of the Spirit World)
  6. Divine healing (invoking the healing help of the Creator)

But it’s not all! The following methods are also energy healing:

  1. Metaphor therapy (metaphors are the bridge between the conscious mind and the subconscious)
  2. Breathwork (moving energy through the energy channels with the help of breath)
  3. Bodywork (moving energy through the energy channels with the help of movement)
  4. Vibratory remedies
  5. Colour therapy
  6. Crystal healing (laying on crystals)

Almost all healing systems are based on two universal approaches – clearing negative energies from the affected area (and/or the whole body) and charging it with Life Force.

Truths about hypnosis

September 28th, 2011 by Yulia Pal

The basic techniques of hypnosis are easy to learn since hypnosis is a natural state of mind.

If you ever cried while watching a movie or became so engrossed in a book that you tuned out everything else around you, if you ever driven your car from A point to Z point on “autopilot” while thinking about something else – you have experienced hypnosis. If fact, we enter into a hypnotic state many times a day.

This state can be used to therapeutic or self-improvement purposes.

Truths about hypnosis

1) You feel better, more peaceful and more relaxed after a session.
2) Hypnosis can help you to make positive changes in your life.
3) You remain fully in control of your mind and body during a session.
4) You will never be asked to reveal any personal information you do not want to reveal.
5) You will never be asked to do anything humiliating.

Pranic healing for dengue

August 24th, 2011 by Yulia Pal

Do a thorough general sweeping, the blood cleansing technique, and then cleanse all major organs and chakras. Alternately, follow a protocol for infections given in the MCKS Advance Pranic Healing book.

In dengue and similar fast-developing diseases it is important to apply healing every 1 or 2 hours – till the condition stabilizes.

Taking multiple healings from a professional healer will not be a practical choice. The best way is have a pranic healer in the family.

Great affordable home workouts

August 24th, 2011 by Yulia Pal

Scooby’s websites contain wealth of information for home fitness training, including videos, charts, calculators. But the best thing I like about them is their philosophy:

All you really need to get in fantastic shape is a cheap used set of weights, a home-made pullup bar, and a good pair of running shoes – don’t waste your money on supplements, trendy machines, and expensive newsletters.

This site is FREE and there are no “members-only” sections or newsletters to buy, its Scooby’s way of giving back to the sport that has given him so much.  He does not encourage the use of any supplements or the purchase of any new equipment, you can build a fantastic physique with just a cheap used set of dumbbells.

Scooby’s Home Workouts

This blog is for those who want to look great and feel great. Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time. The focus here is on workouts the natural bodybuilder can do at home with inexpensive equipment.

Where are the clowns?

July 29th, 2011 by Yulia Pal

“Hi, I am Yulia and I am very stupid!”

Hello, I am sane, I did not join a cult and you do not have to be concerned about me:-).

This week I went through a fantabulous clowning workshop with Jef Awada and discovered an amazing art form of red nose theatre clowning.

‘CLOWN & Bodywork Workshop’ was organized by the Theatre Garage Project at Zorba – the Global Arts Village on 26 and 27 July 2011.

Jef Awada a Clown Practioner from USA taught Red Nose Clowning and shared his knowledge of movement. Jef teaches Clowning and Suzuki Movement, Plasticity and Scenic Movement at Conservatory of Theatre Arts, Webster University.

In India red nose clowning is taught by Ashwat Bhatt, a National School of Drama and The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art graduate. Ashwat has been holding residencies (known as the Theatre Garage Project) in a forest at Ramgarh, Nainital since 2007.

The Clown lives in yes mode and in the here and now. Through the Clown the actor explores the child in him/herself, the clown re-introduces you to child like imagination, devoid of moral and logical constraints. To learn clown is to learn how to connect with oneself and the audience. The Clown is an embodiment of real connect, awareness and reaction which are very crucial for an actor.

I connected to this art form especially as a workshop trainer. It’s the same with us: you have to give the total of yourself to your “audience”, to connect, be aware and react to the unfolding scenario. You put yourself into the circumstances, pursue your objectives, and things happen. And, of cause, your guide is the pleasure / interest of the audience. The only difference between a clown and a trainer is that the latter has *some* moral and logical constraints.

“Hi, I am ________ and I am very stupid!” This phrase does something to you, when you say it out loud… Want to try?
